The new SyncGene Enterprise updates are live. Check out the latest SyncGene Enterprise solution to maintain up-to-date contacts database in organization.

How it works:

  • Add members into SyncGene Enterprise account
  • Add 1 source per each of member account
  • Create "Synchronization profile" via SyncGene Enterprise
  • Select whether to sync to "Default Contact Folder" or "Custom Folder"
  • Select Direction (which members will have "Edit" or "View" permissions)
  • Click Finish and start sharing contacts between Your Enterprise members.

New SyncGene Enterprise features enable the admin to manage contacts on a company-wide level. Admin can select if members will have whether “Edit” or “View” permissions.


This is the solution to maintain contacts on all company mobile phones. Contact sharing for Enterprise fits all size companies.


For small companies:

  • For example, 10 people company → 1 member with "Edit" permissions, shares contacts with other 9 members who have "View" permissions.


For bigger companies:

  • For example, 1000 people company → 2 members with "Edit" permissions, shares contacts with other 998 members who have "View" permissions.
